You can book an eye test by calling us directly, visiting our store, or scheduling an appointment through our online booking form.
How does the free eye test work?
If you purchase your glasses from Lourdes Opticians, your eye test will be completely free.
If you’ve had your eye test done elsewhere, we’ll deduct the equivalent amount from your new pair of glasses.
How long does it take to get my new glasses?
Most prescription glasses are ready within a 1-2 days, depending on your prescription and chosen lenses. We’ll notify you as soon as they’re ready for collection. Urgent collection can also be provided when necessary.
Do you offer repairs and adjustments?
Yes, we provide free minor adjustments and can repair most types of frame damage. Just drop by, and our team will assist you.
Do you have glasses for children?
